If
you're thinking about buying or selling land, the first step is to decide
between handling the project yourself or working with a land broker.
There are pro’s and con’s either way.
Our experience is you won’t work with a
broker unless you're convinced they're worth the money. My clients ask
me, “will you sell (or buy) my property in a reasonable amount of time
at a price I want?". In other words, “will I get the job
done?”.
Listed below are the tracts we've sold or bought for clients over the
last few years. You can see how many deals we completed, how long it took and how
close we got to the price our clients wanted.
The bottom line is we move a lot of land. One
key reason is we stay in touch with about 2,000 pre-qualified land buyers and over 18,000 landowners all across
the county (getting the job done takes more than newspaper ads and
signs).
So, take a look at our results and decide for yourself if we're getting the job done.
